Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using GiggerKit, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Description of Service

GiggerKit is a local-first mileage and expense tracking application for iOS. It provides automatic and manual mileage logging, expense tracking, receipt management, and tax report generation. Data is stored locally on your device with optional iCloud synchronization.

Free Trial and Purchases

GiggerKit offers a free trial limited to 25 trips and 25 expenses with no time restriction. Beyond the trial, a paid subscription or lifetime purchase is required to continue adding new records. Your existing data remains readable and exportable regardless of purchase status.

Subscription Terms

Subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings.

Lifetime Purchase

The lifetime purchase is a one-time, non-recurring payment that unlocks all features permanently. No further charges will be applied for the lifetime option.

Refunds

All purchases are processed by Apple. Refund requests must be directed to Apple through their standard refund process at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Your Data

You own your data. GiggerKit stores data locally on your device and, if enabled, in your personal iCloud account. We do not have access to, control over, or responsibility for data stored on your device or in your iCloud account. You are responsible for maintaining backups of your data.

Accuracy of Tax Information

GiggerKit provides mileage rates and tax calculations as a convenience. These are informational only and do not constitute tax, legal, or financial advice. You are responsible for verifying all tax-related information with a qualified professional. Rockiestar Inc. is not liable for any errors in tax calculations or for any consequences of relying on information provided by the app.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Rockiestar Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption, arising from your use of GiggerKit.

Disclaimer of Warranties

GiggerKit is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that GPS tracking will be perfectly accurate in all conditions.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with applicable federal and state law.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of GiggerKit after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
